There are several times throughout the liturgical year when our ministries and parish are in need of volunteers. This space on our website will be dedicated to highlighting those needs as they arise. Community Service Highlights
Our Annual Parish Festival is the largest contributing fundraising benefiting our “Building Community” Capital Campaign. It takes many helping hands to be successful. Please consider sharing your time and talents with us this year. Volunteer work shifts on Festival Day (Oct. 21) are in 2-hour intervals.

As we prep our beautiful 20 acre property at The Annex located at 11762 FM 1560N to be ready to host the community at our Parish Festival, help is needed daily from NOW through Friday, October 20, from 11 am-2 pm and 6 pm-9 pm. No need to call or reserve, just stop by during these designated hours!
Help is needed with weedeating, trimming brush, painting, booth prep, gardening, general prep, cleaning, and more. Please bring any tools (i.e., weed eater, trimmers, pressure washer, gardening tools, etc) for the area you can help in. Skilled trades welcomed!
In coordination with our sister church in San Antonio, Our Lady of Guadalupe in Helotes coordinates an annual pilgrimage on the Feast Day of our name sake and patron saint. This event is held every year on December 12. Volunteers are needed for various duties and various shifts are available starting from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
As this year’s host, we will be offering refreshments, Mass, car support and a meal to pilgrims from both parishes (people partaking in the walk itself) at approximately 3:30 PM.

- Christmas Mass Setup at Pedrotti’s – Dec. 23, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (hours may change)
- Usher Service for the Christmas Mass at Pedrotti’s – Dec. 24, 2017 (about 1.5 hours)
