Annual Our Lady of Guadalupe Pilgrimage
Join us for our cherished annual tradition honoring Our Lady of Guadalupe, as we journey from OLG Helotes to OLG San Antonio on El Paso St on Thursday, December 12th, the feast day of Our Lady of Guadalupe. This year’s pilgrimage begins with Mass at the Helotes location, presided over by Fr. Gary, and concludes with Mass at the El Paso St. location with Archbishop Gustavo Garcia-Siller. Explore the schedule below for parish activities leading up to the pilgrimage and details about rest stops along the route. We look forward to walking with you in faith and devotion!

Bilingual Novena & Festivities in Honor of Our Lady of GuadalupeJoin us for the Bilingual Novena to Our Lady of Guadalupe in the chapel:
- Tuesday, December 3 – Tuesday, December 10: 9:15 AM (except Saturday at 7:45 PM and Sunday at 7:00 PM)
On Wednesday, December 11, at OLG-Helotes, there will be no adoration or confessions as we prepare for the festivities:- 6:00 PM: Rosary Novena
- 7:15 PM: Traditional Danzas
- 7:45 PM: Dramatization of the Apparitions (Apariciones)
- 8:45 PM: Additional Danzas
- 9:00 PM: Serenade (Serenata)

Our Lady of Guadalupe Feast Day Celebrations – Thursday, December 12
Join us in honoring Our Lady of Guadalupe with a day of prayer, celebration, and community at both O.L.G.-Helotes and O.L.G.-El Paso St.
O.L.G.-Helotes:- 7:00 AM: Kickoff Mass (Bilingual) with Bishop Gary Janak
- 8:15 AM: Blessing of Pilgrims and Start of Pilgrimage
- 8:30 AM: Breakfast in Parish Hall East Room
- 7:00 AM: Morning Mass
- 12:00 PM: Mass for Pilgrims
- 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Meal for Pilgrims
- 5:20 PM: Matachines Performance followed by the Guadalupana Society Procession
- 6:00 PM: Feast Day Mass with Archbishop Gustavo Garcia-Siller
