Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception

Celebrate the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary with Our Lady of Guadalupe - Helotes! This great feast has been transferred from Sunday, December 8 to Monday, December 9 due to the Second Sunday of Advent.

In a letter to the USCCB, the Holy See clarified that the obligation to attend Mass on this day still transfers, and thus it is a holy day of obligation.

Our parish will offer Mass in English at 8:30 AM and a Bilingual Mass at 6:30 PM on Monday, December 9. In addition, our Parish Office will be closed on Monday, December 9th. Let us celebrate the birth of our Blessed Mother on this joyous day!
