This year, Christmas, or the Solemnity of the Nativity of Our Lord, falls on a Saturday. The next day, Sunday, we will be having the Feast of the Holy Family, which is also a holy day of obligation. Now, we know what you’re thinking, and unfortunately the answer is NO. You cannot attend one mass to count for both holy days of obligation. Thus, you need to pick one mass to attend for Christmas and one for the Feast of the Holy Family. To make it easier to tell, please see our graphic. Please choose one mass from the green box and one mass from the yellow box to attend!
