Course will be teaching individuals how to manage thoughts and emotions, the inward self, in response to external events which is a main key to managing one’s stress and building healthy relationships. This course will use Catholic-focused concepts for managing stress through mindfulness, meditation, breathing and stretching techniques. Class will be taught by Drs. Yvonne & Scott Rheinschmidt Ph. D LPC-S.
