YOUTH MINISTRY
MIDDLE SCHOOL
EDGE is a Catholic middle school youth ministry program. It provides a safe fun place for youth to find a solid Catholic community. They will get answers to their questions about faith, and, most importantly, to experience Jesus in a profound and personal way.

HIGH SCHOOL
LIFE TEEN is a comprehensive youth ministry program for high school teens with a strong focus on the Eucharist. The goal of Life Teen is to create an environment to lead teens into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and the Catholic Church. It speaks to teens on all levels: emotionally, intellectually, socially, and spiritually.
LIFE TEEN also serves as the 1st. year program for high schoolers seeking Confirmation.

MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL
MS/HS First Communion and Reconciliation
The MS/HS 1st Eucharist/Reconciliation program is designed to meet the needs of the teen. The goals are to develop a relationship with Jesus and to learn about the Sacraments, Holy Scripture and the teachings of the Catholic faith in a welcoming, safe space.
Must attend Life Teen or Edge in addition to 9 sacramental classes with parent.

MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL
TEEN RCIA is an evangelization ministry that welcomes and prepares unbaptized middle & high school students to receive their Sacraments of initiation: Baptism, First Communion and/or Confirmation at the Easter Vigil. This program takes young people on a journey through the entire Catholic faith in all its richness and vitality.

HIGH SCHOOL
The Chosen Confirmation program is our 2nd year program, for those who have already completed one year of formation through our Life Teen program. Our goal is to intellectually and spiritually challenge our high school teens to not only receive the Sacrament of Confirmation, but to become life long disciples of Christ.
Meets on Sundays, 12:30-2:30 pm.

TEEN ACTS
Teen ACTS is a Catholic teen retreat which helps to empower young people to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in our world today; draw young people to responsible participation in life, mission and work of the Catholic faith community and to foster the total personal and spiritual growth of each young person.
This retreat is for High School Freshman through graduating Seniors from the 2022-2023 school year.

In our ever-changing world, Jesus is the answer to the longing of our hearts for meaning, fulfillment, security, and love. Join hundreds of Catholic teens at Steubenville Lone Star to experience the peace of Jesus Christ, who is our refuge and never wearies of loving us.
All rising freshmen in high school through rising freshmen in college are invited to attend this retreat with our group.
