SEPT. 15 UPDATE: THE TIME OF THE FESTIVAL HAS CHANGED TO 12 NOON TO 10 PM
Our Annual Parish Fall Festival will take place on Saturday, October 2nd from 12 Noon to 10 PM at the Helotes Festival Association grounds on Leslie Road. All activities will be outdoors with plenty of opportunity for social distancing. It takes many helpful hands to put on this community building event. If you can volunteer for the fall festival, please use the sign-up genius link on our parish website to sign-up online.
All festival and raffle proceeds are benefiting our Capital Campaign project for our Family Center Building!
We need 500 volunteers to make it work! We would only need you to work in 2 hour increments. Please consider volunteering for our festival!
Our fall raffle takes place in conjunction with our fall festival. We ask that all parish families take home a packet of 10 tickets – purchase what you want — and sell the rest. Tickets are available for pick up after Mass this weekend in the pavilion and will be available in the parish office starting on Monday, August 16.
Thank you for your continued support of this annual fundraiser – all proceeds will go towards our new Family Center Building.
