It has been over a year since some of us have gathered together. Indeed, sadly some of our parish family members have gone a whole year without setting foot on our parish grounds. So we’d like to take the opportunity to welcome back all of our parish family members to join us at our Spring Festival! There will be three parts to the festival: the festival, a raffle, and a silent auction.

Fund-a-Need
Don’t see an item you like but still want to support our parish? You contribute directly to our parish by going to our Fund-a-Need page on the auction! This festival’s fund-a-need is going towards replacing the plants and foliage for the church. A lot were destroyed in the Texas freeze, and this will help us to replace them.
The Festival
This festival will be on the grounds of our parish (rectory field, parish pavilion, in front of the parish office, and the parish hall) and will consist of food, crafts, and more! We will be setting up booths for people to purchase food and drinks. As well, there will be sections designated to crafts for our younger parishioners.
We are monitoring the weather and are aware of the chance for rain. But don’t worry, we come prepared. In expectation of rain, we will be moving booths and activities inside to the parish hall, office space, and pavilion. Kids games will still be available for FREE. Be sure to check out our timeless treasures rummage sale and many of the craft booths we will be offering. We will still be having mass throughout the day.

Volunteers: Sign-in at the Pavilion!
There will be a volunteer table in front of the fireplace in the pavilion. Thank you so much for volunteering for our festival, we couldn’t do this without you!

Our Masks Are In!
We will have our masks available for sale at the festival! We have both large and small masks available for $15 each (both sizes cost the same)! Pick them up to show your church pride!

Timeless Treasure Donations Needed
We welcome: artwork, antiques, one of a kind items; arts & crafts; new/gently used/like new household items, working tools, hobby & sporting supplies, etc. We will not be accepting clothes at this time.
You may bring your donations to the East Room in the Parish Hall from today through next Tuesday, May 11 between the hours of 9 AM – 9 PM.

Sign Up for a Booth
Sign-up to run a booth at our parish festival by filling out and returning the following form by Monday, May 10! This an opportunity for:
- Parish ministries to promote ministry, raise monies & build community.
- Parishioners to raise monies, support our parish & build community
- Others to raise monies and advertise their business

Donate to Fr. Scott’s Produce Booth
Fr. Scott will be running a produce booth from what he harvests from our prayer garden. If you have any extra from your own garden, please consider donating to Fr. Scott’s produce booth. All money earned will go back to the parish general fund.
Drop off your produce at the parish office during normal office hours beginning Monday, May 10.
The Silent Auction
Our parish will be holding another silent auction! The silent auction will begin on Thursday, May 13 at 12:00 Midnight and will go until Sunday, May 16 at 10:00 PM.
The Limited Raffle
As well, we will be doing a limited raffle with the opportunity to win a $5,000 gift card!
- Donation Per Ticket: $100.00
- Total Tickets to Be Sold: 300
- Drawing: Sunday, May 16 at 7 PM will be livestreamed (need not be present to win)
