This beautiful icon of St. Joseph will be on display at our parish on Sunday, June 19 from 7:30 AM until 6:00 PM. Help honor St. Joseph and pray for his intercession in preserving, cultivating, and passing on the Catholic faith to future generations. The St. Joseph icon was inspired by Patris Corde, Pope Francis’s 2020 apostolic letter on the 150th anniversary of the proclamation of St. Joseph as patron of the universal Church. The Icon which was blessed by Pope Francis was painted by Elizabeth Bergeron and based on a drawing by Alexandre Sobolev, of St. Joseph holding the child Jesus from St. Joseph’s Oratory in Montreal, Canada.

Sir Knights Council 2628 will form an Honor Guard and escort the Icon into the church at 7:15 AM. It is fitting that the Icon is on display on Father’s Day. 

There will be St. Joseph Pilgrim Icon Books and Prayer Cards in English and Spanish.
